This is not my first car shipment so I know what to expect. I would never use this company again. Here is my story. Made order on September 20th 2011. Was told it would be picked up in 1 to 3 business days (they LATER tell you that is just an average time). September 25th came and went with no pickup. Called September 26th and was told there was a backlog in that region for pickup. Since this is their line of business you think they would of known that when I placed my order. I am an understanding person so I expected maybe 2 or 3 more days for pickup at worst. September 28th came and had not heard a thing from the company. I had to call and was told that it would be picked up today and delivered Monday. Never heard back from them that day. Called again Monday September 31th and again was told still looking for a carrier but will be picked up today and delivered Wednesday October 2nd. Again never heard back. Called again October 2nd and again told it would ship Wednesday the 3rd and be here by Saturday. This time I told them I had been told this story twice before all ready and was just getting the run around now. They just again talked about the backup in that region. They were closing so he told me to call back in the morning and talk to him in person again. So I did call the next morning and was told it would ship today and he would call me right back after making some calls. Guess what, no one called me back that day and no pick-up. Thursday I called and wanted to speak to someone in charge. Finally was told that a carrier had been assigned. Car was finally picked up on the October 5th and delivered on the 7th. Not once did I ever get one single phone call from this broker. I always had to call them to try to find out anything. All I got was lie after lie about shipping time and that is what disturbs me the most. Then they tell me they ended up having to pay more just to get it shipped. That is not my problem. I was quoted a price and I accepted it. I was given a time frame for shipment and I accepted it. They say they have premium service but there is really not much service at all from this company. I ended up losing money by using this company compared to just a few more dollars more quoted by other companies I used in the past and delivered as promised.

THERE IS GENERAL INDUSTRY WIDE DELAYS ON THIS ROUTE. WE ACTUALLY HAD TO COME OUT OF COMPANY POCKET TO TRANSPORT THIS CUSTOMER'S CAR BY CLOSE TO A $100. CUSTOMER RECEIVED CAR IN GOOD CONDITION WITH A FEW DAYS DELAY DUE TO THE DELAYED ROUTE.
